A Dallas native and SMU alumnus, Brad is passionate about building beautiful homes. Before starting Bean & Co., Brad worked in both commercial and residential construction, garnering the experience he relies on daily while working with clients and leading the Bean & Co. team of professionals. Above all else, Brad enjoys time with Megan and their three children.

An SMU alumna, Megan has always been passionate about turning ideas into thoughtfully designed homes. With a background spanning advertising, marketing, and the nonprofit sector, she has spent her career bringing visions to life through creativity and collaboration. Megan enjoys designing homes that reflect each client's unique style. Outside of Bean & Co., she loves spending time with Brad, their three children, and their charcoal lab, Teil.

Stephen holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington and has 23 years of experience in the construction industry, including two years working as a project architect/manager at C.A. Nelson Architects.

A Montana State graduate with 23 years in residential construction, Jeff began his career as a carpenter before managing high-end custom home projects in Dallas. Jeff is especially passionate about design coordination and layout, and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship.

Terri has a degree in accounting from UTD and has been in the accounting field for over 35 years. She enjoys working with clients and helping them understand the accounting process before and during their build.

Amy attended Baylor University and began her career as a Child Life Specialist. Before joining Bean & Co., she was actually a client, and watching her own plans come to life is what made her fall in love with the process.

A Texas Tech grad who came to Bean & Co. with experience in accounting, finance, and project management. Landri brings extensive knowledge of space planning, enabling her to craft homes that fulfill aesthetic desires and practical needs.

Hannah studied psychology at Texas State University, where she developed a deep interest in understanding how best to work with people, insight that has proven invaluable as she works with homeowners to bring their vision to fruition. Before coming to Bean & Co., Hannah spent seven years with another custom home builder, gaining the wide array of knowledge she brings to our team.

Gavin brings 40 years of construction experience as a carpenter, cabinet maker, and superintendent. He loves to solve problems and is always looking to share his building talents, making client dream projects come to life.

Chase brings an entrepreneurial spirit and years of experience in custom homebuilding, having completed over 25 high-end projects in Dallas' Park Cities and Preston Hollow neighborhoods.

A graduate of Texas Tech, Jorge enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a vision and a plan come together in the creation of a new home. After working as a Superintendent for a few years, Jorge joined Bean & Co. for more specialized and custom jobs. Jorge as an eye for detail and an orientation towards service.

Cyndi came to Bean & Co. with many years of bookkeeping experience and a Master's degree in Business Management. Away from work, she loves antique shopping and time with her family, including her husband, three children, and nine grandchildren.
